Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Smartphone Repair Technician to join our team. As a Smartphone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of smartphone devices. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing smartphones and possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

- Perform software updates, resets, and data backups as needed.

2) Laptop Repair Technician.
Position Overview:
As a Laptop Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various laptop models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and software troubleshooting mainly chip-level repairs, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose hardware and software issues with laptops, including but not limited to, screen replacements, keyboard repairs, motherboard troubleshooting, and data recovery.
2. Perform component-level repairs and replacements to resolve technical issues efficiently.
3. Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify the root cause of laptop malfunctions.
4. Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repair services.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide timely updates on repair status.
6. Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts inventory, and customer interactions.
7. Stay updated on the latest laptop models, repair techniques, and industry trends.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding repair processes and customer service standards.
